Mandatory Skin Care - Popping Zits

It may feel like having to pop zits is just a part of your life. That doesn't have to be the case! You don't even need to pop them in the first place!!

Popping zits is dangerous and can lead to even bigger problems than just a simple pimple. After a zit has been popped it's now a big open wound and a magnet for infection. The sebum and bacteria mixture that comes out of the zit is going to spread around your face and end up in other pores on your face and create more acne. Also, when you push on your face to pop a zit you're damaging the tissue that's beneath the surface and making your face much more susceptible to acne scars.

Either just leave them there and treat them from the inside out with a healthy diet and lot of water, or pop them the right way. To pop a zit properly wash your face and hands, push sideways on the zit or use a sanitized needle, then thoroughly clean the area with hydrogen peroxide.

I know that's difficult to come by when looking for acne treatment advice. The blog is The Best Acne Treatment Guide and the author Jayden has just overcome his battle with acne. He's taking his knowledge that he gained throughout his years of trying acne treatments and everything else and sharing it with the world.

What a great idea! Cheers mate!

Treating Pimples

There are thousands of different methods to treat your acne. When it shows up, you can pop zits all day or you can take action to help make sure it does not come back. Find an acne treatment that you can afford at your local drug store, buy it, and stick to it. One of the biggest problems that people have when treating their acne is that they jump from treatment to treatment without giving a single one the time to do its job. It certainly does not have to be the fanciest or most expensive product, just be sure to stick to it. You will get better results from sticking to one cheap product than buying three expensive ones and switching between them, hoping for a miracle.

Popping zits can also lead to acne scars. Acne scar removal is extremely expensive and steps should be taken to make sure that they don't pop up in the first place.

Why You Shouldn't Pop Zits

Popping zits can seem like the answer to deal with your acne, but it has some repercussions that can not be seen right away. I popped many zits during my teenage years and now am stuck paying for it. When a zit is popped an open wound is left on your face. This wound is a magnet for infection, especially since it is on your face. The other risk that you run is increasing the likelihood of getting acne scars. When you push down on your face to push the sebum out of the pimple you are damaging the sensitive tissue that lives below the surface. This damaged tissue is much more likely to be affected by acne scars. Pop zits as a last resort to treat your acne, not your main method.

Blackhead Removal For Clear Skin

If you are like me, your acne went away with your teenage years, but you still have some recurring blackheads that drive you crazy. I learned how to remove blackheads and so can you. I changed my normal face wash to an exfoliating face wash that scrubs off all of the dead skin and dirt that was building up in my pores throughout the day. This made my overall complexion better, and my skin look much more young and radiant. After changing my face wash routine, I started drinking a ton of water each day. My hydrated skin helped prevent the other crap that ends up in blackheads from building up inside my pores. This method worked great for me, and I am sure it will work for you as well.

Luckily for me, I wasn't affect by acne scars. If you were, here is some great information on removing acne scars.

Face Wash Routine

One of the most important keys to being free from acne and having clear skin is a proper face wash routing. This is more important than having the best face wash for acne. You can have all of the fancy and expensive face washes you want, but if you do not have a routine that will make sure that you get your face washed at nearly the same time each day, you will never see the results that you want to see. If your acne is bad, you should be washing your face at least two times a day with a mild face wash. Add a third time if you feel that it will not dry your skin too bad. Do your best to wash at the same times each day to reinforce the routine, as you will be much less likely to miss a wash.
